I am a 25-year resident, retired Officer of the U.S. Navy, and former Town of Surfside Commissioner, Town Attorney, and Town Manager. I have practiced law in the State of Florida for almost 30 years and am a former State of Florida Circuit Court Judge. I am married to my wife Dalia (the Town roller blader) for almost 30 years.
